Well the answer to this question is quite simple.No doubt open source is the current trend that is boosting up at fast rate in compute technology and IT sector and it will rule all the world soon.The reason why open source is being adopted by people and large organizations like IBM etc is :
- its free,
- its fast,
- its secure,
- no vendor lock-in,
- source code available,
- can be used by anyone,
- can be re-distributed,
- proper GUI,
- user friendly,
- nothing to hide.
- much more........
So these characterstic of open source are the reason why its such a huge success.Android smart phones are the best example of the huge success of the open source market.Its the best enemy of symbian,iOS,windows,blackberry.So the whole world is rushing towards it.So why not we.Spread the messsage and feel the difference.
